UPCPMT 2016 (Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test) is a state level medical examination for admission to various UG level medical courses offered by many government and private medical colleges in the limits of Uttar Pradesh. The examination is conducted by the Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad. The UPCPMT examination is one of the most popular examinations among the aspirants of Medical courses. This examination offers the medical courses as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS and BHMS programmes.

Step 1- UPCPMT 2016 Online Registration
Candidates have to register themselves to begin the application process of UPCPMT 2016. Candidates are advised to read the given instruction carefully related to application form so that they can know procedures and documents required at the time of applying. After reading the instruction candidates have to click “I have read all the information” to begin the application process of UPCPMT 2016.
At the time of UPCPMT 2016 online registration candidates have to enter their personal information like their name, mobile number, date of birth, email id, father & other name, etc. Once the online registration process is completed a registration number and password is generated to fill UPCPMT 2016 application form. The application number and password will also send at the registered email id and mobile number. Candidates are advised to note the application number and password as it will be required for all future correspondence.
Step 2- UPCPMT 2016 Application Form Fee Submission
With the provided registration number and OTP (Password) candidate have to login by clicking on the “Registered User” tab to begin the next stage of UPCPMT 2016 application form. Candidate can proceed on the Fee deposition process on the next working day after successful registration. Candidate has to fill Registration Number and date of birth to receive the payment process screen. Candidates have to fill the required information and proceed for payment either using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or through the generated Bank Challan.

Step 3- Filling up UPCPMT 2016 Application Form
Candidates have to login using “Registered User Id”to fill the UPCPMT application form 2016 on the next working day after successful payment of fee. At this candidates have to fill their personal details, educational details, mailing address etc. and check the preview of filled details before final submission.
Personal Details: Candidates have to enter their father and mother name in respective fields. They also have to enter their gender, nationality, resident detail etc. information as required in the application form.
Educational Qualification: Candidate has to enter their class 10 and 12 detail like status whether they have passed class 10 and 12. Candidates appearing for class 12 have to mention their status as appearing lass 12. They also have to enter subjects they studied, name of the college/university and its city
Corresponding Address: Candidates have to enter their permanent address, contact number, email id, etc.
Exam City Preference: Candidates have to choose three exam cities for appearing in entrance exam. The allotment of exam centres will be as per on a first-cum-first served basis. No request for change of centre would be considered under any circumstances.
Uploading of Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression
After filling all the details candidates have to upload their photograph, signature and thumb impression by clicking “Submission of Step II”??
- Photograph specification – The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should not be greater than 50KB.
- Signature specification- The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should not be greater than 20KB.
- Right Hand Thumb Impression specification –The Scanned image of Right Hand Thumb Impression of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should not be greater than 20KB
Final Submission of UPCPMT 2016 application form:
After reviewing all the filled in details candidates have to click on final submission button to submit the UPCPMT 2016 application form. After submitting the application form must take the printout for future reference
