Today Supreme Court will decide about re-conduct of AIPMT 2015


[UPDATED]Today Supreme court of India will hear the AIPMT 2015 leak case. Students are awaiting the final decision of Supreme Court. As per CBSE schedule AIPMT 2015 results are to be declared by 5th june, so it is expected that any decision will come out soon.

In last hearing, Supreme Court vacation bench showed little interest in re- conduct of AIPMT 2015 Exam. Court said “At this juncture, any direction for re-conducting the exam would create large-scale chaos”. It also directed the investigation team to continue probe & find out the beneficiary.

Earlier Supreme Court said “Cancellation of exam is the last resort. If the police is able to identify those who received the benefits of irregularities, there may not be a need to hold exam afresh???. “We want to hear case with an open mind??? Vacation bench added.

After the whatsapp image went viral online & Rohtak Police disclosure, students started agitating. Students are demanding re-conduct of AIPMT 2015. CBSE refused the matter by tagging it as attempt to cheat case. over 6 lakh students appeared in the exam conducted nationwide.

Today, the Haryana police submitted its third status report to the Supreme Court. According to the report, 25 students have been identified as beneficiaries of the racket. Two of them have been arrested and interrogated.

The Supreme Court today restrained the CBSE from taking further steps on the All-India Pre-Medical Test 2015. The restraint order will be effective for a week. So results would not be declared till 10th June.

    pls send the update over this decision of SC
    as it is question of lakhs of students who appreared for the exam to kick off their career
